01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TB9 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided under the TB9 brand. Acceptance of these Terms is an absolute requirement for use of the platform.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the TB9 platform, you hereby agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, applicable bonus policies, and all other guidelines published by TB9 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to discontinue use of the TB9 platform.

TB9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, subject to reasonable notification for material changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version.

02 User Eligibility

To register and use the TB9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable local law.
• Not residing in a territory or jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited by local law.
• Never been penalised or restricted by any authority in relation to online gaming activities.
• Act on your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

TB9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you fail to provide the required documents or are found not to meet the eligibility criteria, TB9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and withhold any related funds pending the completion of the investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) TB9 account only. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Use a valid, active email address that you can access.
• Set a strong, unique password for your tb9 account.
• Provide an active Malaysia mobile number for verification purposes.
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

TB9 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure platform security and meet compliance requirements. You may be asked to submit a copy of your identification card, proof of address, or other supporting documents at any stage of platform use. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account and financial transactions.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

TB9 supports a range of payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards. All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon transaction confirmation by the payment processor.
• TB9 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the TB9 platform and may not be transferred to other users.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your account section at any time, subject to the withdrawal conditions currently in effect.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit or a method verified by TB9.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 30 minutes to 2 business days, depending on the payment method and verification process.
• TB9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawal of winnings earned from bonuses is subject to the wagering rollover requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms.

05 Bonus & Promotions

TB9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses for new members, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP program offers. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside the offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, phone number, or shared payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• TB9 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any credited bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Using multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of terms.
• Bonus value cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• TB9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules

All games offered on the TB9 platform, including Live Casino, Sports Betting, bingo, and Slots, have their own specific rules. You are required to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final once confirmed by the TB9 system or dealer. No appeals will be accepted after results have been officially announced.
• TB9 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for online slot and table games to ensure the fairness of every round.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, TB9 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the wagered amount to your account.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum and maximum wagering limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TB9 platform and may result in permanent suspension or termination of your account:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to exploit the TB9 gaming system.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the TB9 platform.
• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Ownership or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Money laundering or using the TB9 platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your TB9 account to another individual.
• Any action that disrupts the experience of other users on the platform.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your TB9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via the in-platform live chat. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you upon completion of the verification process.

TB9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or a breach of these Terms.
• You have failed to meet the KYC requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any activity.
• You have requested a self-limit or self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming programme.
• There is a directive from the relevant authority to close your account.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, TB9 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your account balance, subject to internal review and investigation. TB9's decision in such matters is final.

09 Liability Limits

TB9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, wins, or gaming opportunities due to technical disruptions or system maintenance.
• Delays in financial transaction processing caused by third parties or external payment systems.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Fluctuations in currency exchange rates or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

In any event, TB9's maximum total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of active deposits held in your account at the time the claim is made.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

TB9 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the TB9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of platform operations, legal compliance, and improving the user experience.

12 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from them are subject to applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation between you and TB9 will be referred to arbitration in accordance with procedures established by TB9.
